King Henry Security & Investigation Agency, Inc. (KHSIA) is a duly licensed private security agency under the supervision of the PNP–SOSIA, established under Republic Act 5487 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. KHSIA was established in 1999 by the late Hon. Henry Padua Lanot, former Congressman of Pasig City. Drawing from his early experience as a security guard before becoming a lawyer and public servant, he envisioned a security agency built on professionalism, integrity, and genuine understanding of the field. With just six guards assigned to their first client—the Philcomcen building in Ortigas—KHSIA took its first steps toward becoming a trusted name in Philippine security services.
Following the untimely passing of its founder in 2005, his eldest son and namesake, Henry "Ken" C. Lanot II, assumed leadership of the company, determined to carry on his father's legacy. Under the guidance of Ken and Rhoda Lanot, his wife and COO of KHSIA, the agency weathered its early challenges and entered a phase of steady growth. Together, they strengthened the company's core by recruiting seasoned professionals, security experts, and industry veterans, including retired senior military and police officers, to enhance operational expertise. As the company expanded its guard force and services, it also transitioned through various office locations before establishing its current headquarters in Maybunga, Pasig City, in 2011.
Today, KHSIA serves 48 partner institutions nationwide, including prominent names like Ayala Malls and Megaworld, and employs over a thousand personnel. Our manpower are carefully recruited, screened, and trained to deliver high-quality service on par with, or exceeding, industry standards. Offering a wide range of services such as guard deployment, security audits, background checks, and training programs, KHSIA remains committed to innovation and excellence, continuing to evolve through international engagements and ongoing professional development initiatives.
