SECURITY GUARD QUALIFICATIONS

SECURITY GUARD REQUIREMENTS

Male/Female, 18 years old and above
With a valid Security Guard License
High school graduate (college level or vocational preferred)
At least 5'7" in height (male) or 5'3" (female)
With at least 1 year of experience as a security guard
With good oral and written communication skills
Can follow instructions easily and work with minimal supervision
Physically fit and mentally alert
Displays a professional appearance and friendly demeanor
No criminal or derogatory records
Willing to undergo training and deployment to any location as needed

General Knowledge Exam (GKE) Result
Firing Certificate
Opening and Closing Report
Drug Test Result (updated)
Neuro Psychological Exam Result (updated)
NBI Clearance (updated)
Police Clearance (updated)
Barangay Clearance (updated)

High School / College Diploma or TOR
NSO Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate (if applicant is Married)

All security personnel are duly registered with the Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund as required by law. We ensure all contributions are properly remitted and updated for our employees’ long-term welfare.
